DESCRIPTION
County-initiated amendment to change several policies in all Comprehensive Plan elements per the requirements of Florida Statutes 163.3191, Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR), to reflect a minimum planning period of at least ten (10) years; to reflect changes in state requirements since the County’s last EAR; update the Historic Preservation policies and Historical Resources Map; and, update the Infrastructure Element for septic to sewer feasibility.
