DESCRIPTION
On January 21, 2025, the Board accepted Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 306 in the amount of $48,247.09. A warranty inspection was performed on March 4, 2026, concerning all items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 306 in the amount of $48,247.09.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 306 in the amount of $48,247.09 for Gapway Groves Phase 3 Offsite Road Improvements.
