DESCRIPTION
On October 7, 2025, the Board approved the CMAR Agreement No. 2025-065 to provide pre-construction services for the Bradley Junction Fire Rescue Station project.
During a recent review of the contract documents, staff identified a scrivener's error in the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Addendum for the Bradley Junction Fire Rescue Station No. 4 project. The contract number was incorrectly identified as 2022-051-02, GMP Addendum and should have been identified as 2025-065, GMP Addendum.
This action requests Board ratification to correct the contract number associated with the previously approved GMP Addendum. This administrative correction does not affect the approved GMP amount, project scope, contract terms, or the Board's original intent. There is no fiscal impact associated with this correction.
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board ratify Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Agreement 2022-051-02, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Addendum with Miller Construction Management, Inc for the Bradley Junction Fire Rescue Station 4 to correct a scrivener’s error.
