This request is to accept a one-year warranty and surety in the amount of $40,400.83 in the form of a Maintenance Bond No. LICX1983068, which represents 10% of the cost of the publicly dedicated offsite infrastructure for ownership and maintenance responsibilities for Villamar Intersection Improvements. This warranty is for a one-year period beginning with the Board’s acceptance. This one-year warranty period begins on January 21, 2025, and ends on January 21, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept a one-year warranty expiring on January 21, 2026, and a Maintenance Bond No. LICX1983068 in the amount of $40,400.83 for Villamar Intersection Improvements.
