DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated Large-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment for property located south of Bayberry Street, east of Marigold Avenue, west of Lake Hatchineha, and north of County Road 542 (Lake Hatchineha Road), east of the City of Haines City in the Poinciana Master Plan, in Section 14, Township 28, and Range 28.

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on September 10th, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (7:0). The amendment was approved for transmittal to Florida Department of Commerce on November 2, 2025.  This is the adoption hearing.
