DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on the east side of US Highway 27 south of Ernie Caldwell Blvd. west of Spotted Fawn Drive and north of Citrus Ridge, north of the City of Haines City, in Sections 17 & 18, Township 26, Range 27.  State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held April 1, 2026, with a recommendation for approval (7:0).
