DESCRIPTION
On April 4, 2023, the Board accepted a Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of $1,506,193.47 for miscellaneous construction items. An inspection was performed on November 8, 2023, concerning the miscellaneous construction items. These items have been completed to the satisfaction of Polk County. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. FGAC-23028 in the amount of $1,506,193.47.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. FGAC-23028 in the amount of $1,506,193.47 for Chateau at Astonia.
