DESCRIPTION
Approve a SHIP Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-020 in the amount of $209,000.00 for home Demolition/Reconstruction. Also, approve a SHIP Demolition Reconstruction Grant Agreement in the amount of $13,415.00 for construction soft costs. The total project cost is $222,415.00.
For reference, the 2026 International Building Code Valuation Table identifies an estimated construction cost of $175.92 per square foot. The total project cost for this home is $156.08 per square foot.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP Demolition/Reconstruction program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case # RC25-SHIP-020.
