DESCRIPTION

The proposed resolution would allow the Real Estate Services Administrator and his designated agents, without further approval of the Board, to acquire land, through tax deed and judicial sales up to $250,000 per transaction, for proposed public infrastructure improvement projects in which the Board has approved a Work Authorization Resolution.  

 

RECOMMENDATION

Request Board adopt the resolution.
