Public Hearing to consider adoption of the Final Rate Resolution for the 2026-27 Master Inwood Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit ("MSBU"). (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
Pursuant to Polk County Ordinance No. 2025-036, as amended, the Polk County Board of County Commissioners must adopt a Final Assessment Resolution on or before September 15th of each year establishing assessment rates for the Master Inwood Street Lighting MSBU for the upcoming fiscal year. The recommended rates for the 2026-27 fiscal year for each Assessed Property within the MSBU are enumerated in Exhibit "A" of the proposed resolution.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt the proposed 2026-27 Final Assessment Resolution for the Master Inwood Street Lighting MSBU assessments.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact to the County. The assessments are to reimburse the costs incurred for the installation, operation and maintenance of the requested streetlights within the Master Inwood Street Lighting MSBU.
