On December 2, 2025, the Board accepted a performance surety bond in the amount of $170,648.56 for miscellaneous construction items. On February 27, 2026, Land Development Division received a letter requesting to withdraw the application for this project, as the applicant is no longer going to construct. The Land Development Division requests the Board release Performance Bond No. 0273036 in the amount of $170,648.56.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the release of Performance Bond No. 0273036 in the amount of $170,648.56 for Pipkin Road Convenience.
