DESCRIPTION
Approve a SHIP Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-008 in the amount of $194,000.00 for a home replacement, and a SHIP Rehabilitation/Replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $7,660.00 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of$201,660.00.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement program 1) Homeowner Assistance Agreement and 2) Grant Agreement for Case #RC25-SHIP-008.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
