DESCRIPTION
This request is to accept an eighteen-month warranty and surety in the amount of $27,613.60 in the form of Maintenance Bond No. 017266605, which represents 10% of the cost of the publicly dedicated infrastructure for ownership, operation and maintenance responsibilities for Pace Industrial per Land Development Code Section 909.D.6. This warranty is for an eighteen-month period beginning with the Board’s acceptance. This one-year warranty period begins on May 19, 2026 and ends on November 19, 2028.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept an eighteen-month warranty expiring on November 19, 2027, and a Maintenance Bond in the amount of $27,613.60 for Pace Industrial.
