DESCRIPTION
The County entered into an agreement with WSP USA on May 3, 2022, to provide professional engineering services for the South Lake Wales drainage improvement project in the amount of $214,748.00. The project consisted of updates to an existing drainage study, design, engineering, and post-design services.
On August 8, 2023, Amendment 1 in the amount of $90,910.00 was approved by the Board to allow WSP USA to perform a drainage analysis to support the Washington Street closed conveyance system and new US 27 drainage connection.
On June 4, 2024, Amendment 2 in the amount of $67,115.25 was approved by the Board to allow WSP USA to perform additional subsurface utility engineering and survey services, historic property review as well as post-design services.
This Amendment 3 provides for the additional post-design services support at a not-to-exceed cost of $11,637.00. This will bring the total project to a not-to-exceed cost of $384,410.25.
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board approve Amendment 3 to Agreement 2022-029, with WSP USA.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted and available in the Transportation Millage Fund.
