DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of Thornhill Road, east of Lake Hancock, and north of the City of Bartow, in Sections 3 & 10, Township 29, Range 25.

 

State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on March 5, 2025, with a recommendation for approval (Vote 5:2).  This case was transmitted to the Florida Department of Commerce by the Board on May 6, 2025.  This is the adoption hearing.

 

RECOMMENDATION

Adopt.
