Request Board adopt a Resolution naming the previously unnamed private roadway located in the unincorporated area of Lakeland, S-22, T-28, R-23, Walking Tree Drive. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
The County's Uniform Roadway Address System Ordinance 04-89 was developed to ensure that a standardized addressing system is applied across the County. As a provision of the ordinance, citizens are authorized to petition the County to name a private unnamed road which they access their property from.
A citizen has requested the above road name to be assigned to their unnamed private road. The 2 owners that access their property from this private unnamed road were petitioned by certified mail to approve the new name. If 75%, of the responding property owners agree to this change, the naming action can be placed on the consent agenda.
In the case of Walking Tree Drive, the E9-1-1 Office petitioned the 2 property owners affected and said 2 property owners, (100 %), agreed to this naming.
RECOMMENDATION
Recommend Board adopt attached Resolution naming the unnamed private roadway, Walking Tree Drive.
FISCAL IMPACT
The owners of the property will be installing the signs. There will be no cost to the County.
