DESCRIPTION
This is a request to amend the Infrastructure & Impact Fee Credit Agreement for Power Line Road Northern Extension Phase 1. Specifically, this amendment involves extending the date certain in which Developers and Landowners must convey Portion B Donated ROW from March 7, 2024 (365 days from the effective date) to July 8, 2024. It also grants the County Manager authority to administer an extension of time for conveying Portion B Donated ROW without further amendment approval from the Board. In addition, the amendment adds standard “Employment Eligibility Verification” language to the agreement.
The initial infrastructure agreement was approved by the Board on March 7, 2023 as the first phase of a needed north-south parallel corridor to help relieve existing and future congestion along portions of US Highway 27 and US Highway 17/92.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve 1st Amendment to the Power Line Road - Northern Extension Phase 1 Infrastructure Agreement.
