This request is to accept Performance Surety Bond No. 100221899 in the amount of $22,203.50 for outstanding construction items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. On May 2, 2023, the Board approved WMG Sandmine (aka Heartland Dental and Chipotle) Plat for conditional approval. The Land Development Division has reviewed and recommends acceptance of this performance surety.
RECOMMENDATION
