This is a Polk County-initiated request for property located in Poinciana, east of Lake Marion, west of Lake Marion Creek Drive, south of McMan Road, east of the city of Haines City, in Section 29, Township 27, Range 27. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on February 7, 2024, with a recommendation for approval (6:0).
