DESCRIPTION
Case RC22-SHIP-016 was approved for rehabilitation on August 8, 2023, with a mortgage of $174,000.00 and a grant agreement of $8,271.20, for a total project cost of $182,271.20. During the rehabilitation it was determined that additional work is needed to remove a tree and roots for the installation of septic system. The cost of the additional work will be $7,200.00 and the additional recording costs will be $45.00. This increases the mortgage to $181,200.00 and the grant agreement to $8,316.20, for a total project cost of $189,516.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP modification rehabilitation program agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
