This request is to accept Performance Surety Bond No. 024271029 in the amount of $110,000.00 for outstanding construction items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. On October 3, 2023, the Board approved Westview Pod A Phase 1A Plat for conditional approval. The Land Development Division has reviewed and recommends acceptance of this performance surety.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept Performance Bond No. 024271029 in the amount of $110,000.00 for Westview Pod A Phase 1A.
