DESCRIPTION
Section 163.3171, Florida Statutes (F.S.), provides for two jurisdictions to enter into an agreement for the purposes of joint planning. In 2009, the City of Auburndale and Polk County entered into their first JPA. It was extended in 2019 and 2020 and 2021. This is a request to maintain the JPA.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board set hearing for adoption on March 19, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.
