DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated initiated request for a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the Future Land Use designation change from Linear Commercial Corridor (LCC) to Residential Medium (RM) in the Transit Supportive Development Area (TSDA).

 

State law requires the Board hold a public hearing to act on a request to amend the Comprehensive Plan Map after a recommendation is made by the Planning Commission, which was on February 7, 2024, with a recommendation for approval.
