DESCRIPTION
The medical services agreement (MSA) will allow for the provision of primary care services to qualified county residents enrolled in the Polk HealthCare Plan (PHP). The MSA will be effective March 1, 2024.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the medical services agreement with Allegiant Health & Associates, LLC for primary care services.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Indigent Health Care Fund.
