DESCRIPTION

The applicant is requesting a reduction in the rear yard setback from 15 feet to six (6) feet for the construction of a screen room with a solid roof. The site is located at 336 Chelsea Avenue, south of Providence Boulevard, west of Cortland Drive, east of Chadwick Drive, north of African Daisy Court, north of the City of Davenport, in Section 13, Township 26, Range 27.
