DESCRIPTION

The applicant is requesting Conditional Use approval for a 150-foot monopole communication tower. This request also requires an approval for a variance from the separation and height requirements in Section 303 Communication Towers, and Section 642 Military Compatibility Zones. The subject site is located south of Long Hammock Drive, east of Kicco Road, west of Horseshoe Bend, west of the Osceola County line, in Section 23, Township 31, Range 31.
