DESCRIPTION

The applicant, Alejandro Bosch, is requesting a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment on behalf of the property owners, Singh Vikramjit, to change the Future Land Use Designations from Pre-Development of Regional Impact (Pre-DRI) to Residential Low (RL-1X) on 8.5 +/- acres of property in the Utility Enclave Area (UEA). Site is located south of Cypress Parkway, east of Lake Marion Creek Drive, west of Caspian Road, and north of Marigold Avenue, east of the Haines City city limits, in Sections 33, Township 27, and Range 28, in the Poinciana Pre-Development of Regional Impact.
