DESCRIPTION

The applicant is requesting a waiver to Chapter 7, Section 705 to waive the requirement of a lot having legal access to a County road and to allow for more than four lots to access and easement. The subject site is located at 1697 Cedar Ridge Road, east of EF Griffin Road, west of Highway 98 South, south of Smith Lane, north of Whatley Lane in Section 24, Township 29, Range 24.
