Approve SHIP rehabilitation/replacement Homeowner Assistance Agreement for Case #RC23- SHIP-005 in the amount of $163,700.00 for home replacement and rehabilitation/replacement Grant Agreement in the amount of $18,290.00 for construction soft costs, for a total project cost of $181,990.00.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP rehabilitation/replacement agreement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
