Amendment to Existing State Revolving Fund (SRF) Planning Loan (Information Item)

DESCRIPTION
In January 2022, the PRWC Board of Directors authorized staff to amend the Phase 1 Planning Loan (DW532000) to add funds for costs associated with TPW #2 (West Polk Wellfield) and TPW #3 (Southeast Wellfield). FDEP has provided a draft agreement for review (attached) as well as the template for the necessary Guaranty Agreement that each city commission/town council will need to approve prior to the PRWC November BOD meeting. These documents are under review by the PRWC, and final copies will be provided to the members in order to take action on the Guaranty Agreements at the respective commissions/councils.
This item will be an action item for the November BOD meeting following the execution of the Guaranty Agreements by the member governments.
RECOMMENDATION
No Action required.
FISCAL IMPACT
The SRF Planning Loan (DW532000) amount will increase from $9,914,390 to $14,938,394.
