DESCRIPTION
This CSA will provide professional engineering services to perform roadway design, utility coordination, geotechnical investigation, subsurface utility engineering (SUE) and for construction plans for a new mast-arm traffic signal system which will include full pedestrian features and improve/reconstruct existing sidewalks and ADA ramps as required to accommodate crosswalks on all legs of CR 54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) at May Fair Boulevard intersection.
The CR 54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) at May Fair Boulevard Intersection Improvements Project is included in the FY 2022-2023 CIP for the Roads & Drainage Division. County staff has negotiated a CSA with the Consultant to provide professional engineering services for this Project. The Consultant is to perform these services at a total not-to-exceed fee of $166,978.03 and will be completed as detailed in “Exhibit A”.
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board approve CSA No. 22-087-01 with the Consultant at not-to-exceed fee of $166,978.03 for the CR 54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) at May Fair Boulevard Intersection Improvements Project.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are budgeted and available in the Transportation Millage Fund.
