DESCRIPTION
On May 3, 2023, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider LDPD-2023-1. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Planning Commission voted 5-2 to deny the application. Pursuant to Florida Statutes section 125.022 and LDC section 974.C.1., the Planning Commission must adopt a written order specifying the reason for denial.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Planning Commission adopt the order denying LDPD-2023-1 without prejudice.
