DESCRIPTION

The 2015 Utilities Master Plan Update for the Northeast Regional Utility Service Area (NERUSA) recommended the expansion of the Northeast Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility (NERWWTF) from 6.0 million gallons per day (MDG) to 9.0 MGD.  While the preliminary design services have begun for the overall expansion, the dewatering system at the NERWWTF is currently nearing maximum capacity.  The County therefore has an immediate need to move forward with improvements to expand the existing dewatering system.  The Consultant will provide design, permitting, bid phase and construction administration services in support of the project.
