Ratify Quit Claim Deed for additional right-of-way along 11th Street NE, as requested through the Development Review Process. (No fiscal impact)

DESCRIPTION
As a result of a proposed multi-family residential development adjacent to a County roadway known as 11th Street NE, the County, through its Development Review process requested additional right-of-way in order to bring the right-of-way adjacent to the subject site up to current road classification standards. The owner of the proposed residential development property, PMF Lake Idyl, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, executed a Quit Claim Deed to Polk County for the additional right-of-way; however, the deed was previously and inadvertently recorded by the owner, in O.R. Book 12688 at Pages 553 through 556, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, prior to acceptance by the Board. Accepting and ratifying the aforementioned Quit Claim Deed will give the County the right-of-way needed to upgrade the existing right-of-way to meet current road classification standards.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board accept and ratify the aforementioned Quit Claim Deed.
