DESCRIPTION
The medical services agreement (MSA) will allow for the provision of primary care services to qualified county residents enrolled in the Polk HealthCare Plan (PHP). The MSA with Z Medical Center, Inc. will be effective July 1, 2023.
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board approve the medical services agreement with Z Medical Center, Inc. for primary care services.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Indigent Health Care Fund.
