DESCRIPTION

Change the Future Land Use designation from Residential-Medium (RM) to Business Park Center (BPC) on 9.02 acres.  This case is related to LDCD-2023-5, which is a change in the Land Use District from BPC-1 to BPC-2 on 3.45 acres. East of State Road 37 (South Florida Avenue), north of County Road 540A and Ridge Drive, and south of Brannen Road West near the City of Lakeland in Section 13, Township 29, Range 23.
