This request is to accept Performance Surety Bond No. 41K236939 in the amount of $2,785,273.37 for outstanding construction items listed in the engineer’s cost estimate. On March 5, 2024, the Board approved Millstone Plat for conditional approval. The Land Development Division has reviewed and recommends acceptance of this performance surety.
RECOMMENDATION
