DESCRIPTION

This is an applicant-initiated initiated request for a Land Development Code Sub-District Map from Residential Low-1 (RL-1) to Residential Low-3 (RL-3) on ± 2.71 acres located east of Sweet Bay Drive, south of Pipkin Road West, west of Lunn Road, north of Sophia Place, south of the City of Lakeland in Section 10, Township 29, and Range 23.

 

State law and Section 912 of the Land Development Code (LDC) requires the Board hold a public hearing to act on a request to amend the LDC Sub-District Map after a recommendation is made by the Planning Commission, which was on March 6, 2024, with a recommendation for approval.
