DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located on approximately 22.5 acres in size located north of Interstate 4, south of State Road 33, west of Epicenter Road, and adjacent to the city of Lakeland, in Section 11, Township 27, and Range 24.
Section 376, Florida Statutes (F.S.), requires the Board to conduct two public hearings similar to a zoning change with at least one being in the community. Therefore, the community hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, and two public hearings before the Board are being requested
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board set the first hearing date for April 16, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., and the adoption hearing date for May 7, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
