DESCRIPTION
This is an applicant-initiated request for property located south of State Road 60, west of the Kissimmee River, east of River Ranch Boulevard, and east of the cities of Lakes and Frostproof, in Section 23, Township 31, Range 31. State law requires one Planning Commission hearing, which was held on March 6, 2024, with a recommendation for approval (6:0).
RECOMMENDATION
Request Board set the adoption hearing date for April 16, 2024, at 9:30 a.m.
