Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement 2022-021 with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for post-go-live support services (estimated $48,000 recurring annual expenses)

DESCRIPTION
On April 6, 2021, the Board approved Agreement 2022-021 with Cardno, Inc. (now Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.), in the amount of $1,624,870.00 to provide software implementation, integration, post "go live" support as well as ongoing consulting support services related to the Central Square Enterprise Asset Management software that was purchased by the Utilities Division. This software integrates with the County's core business applications such as Oracle, Accela, GIS, etc., allowing for efficient and effective monitoring and maintenance of the County's water, wastewater, and reclaimed water assets. The agreement provided for software installation, implementation, end user training along with a post "go live" support which was anticipated to take two years. Once these services were complete, an amendment to the agreement would be done to provide for ongoing consulting services for the remaining three years of the first five-year term. The agreement also allows for two optional five-year terms of continued consulting support if agreed to by both parties.
Amendment No. 1 to this agreement was approved by the Board on March 28, 2023, incorporating the name change reassignment from Cardno, Inc. to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. as a result of Stantec's purchase of Cardno, Inc.
Implementation services through post go live support were completed on April 5, 2023, and this amendment No. 2 provides for ongoing consulting maintenance and support services for the remainder of the initial five-year term. When services are needed, the Utilities Division will work with Stantec to develop and approve work authorizations to include a detailed scope of work and pricing based upon the hourly billing rates identified in Attachment "A" to this amendment.
