DESCRIPTION
Case RC23-SHIP-004 was approved for rehabilitation on January 9, 2024, with a mortgage of $167,550 and a grant agreement of $7,656.20, for a total project cost of $175,206.20. During the rehabilitation it was determined that additional work is needed to dig out and dispose of organic materials and muck throughout lot and to install clean fill dirt compacted to 1' layers. The cost of the additional work will be $35,000.00 and the additional recording costs will be $159.00. This increases the mortgage to $202,550.00 and the grant agreement to $7,815.20, for a total project cost of $210,365.20.
RECOMMENDATION
Request approval of this SHIP Rehabilitation Program Agreement modification.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds are available in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
