DESCRIPTION
Since 2008, Polk County and the City of Auburndale have partnered together to develop a world-class sports facility at the Lake Myrtle Sports Park. One of the latest partnerships was the construction of a Championship Soccer Stadium, which provides the Tourism and Sports Marketing division the ability to attract large-scale sports events. The County wants to donate and the City is willing to accept equipment consisting of seven aluminum bleachers that allows better use of field 6 near the championship stadium. The seven pieces of equipment were originally purchased for $36,850.75.
RECOMMENDATION
Request the Board approve the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Auburndale.

There is no fiscal impact.
